Based in Northern New York, Melissa has been creating art since childhood, drawing inspiration from nature, travel, and everyday moments. After retiring in 2023 from her career as an elementary special education teacher and drama director, she has devoted more time to expanding her creative work and exploring new mediums.

Her art now includes watercolor, alcohol inks, and hand-crafted polymer clay pieces, with a focus on experimenting and continuously refining her techniques. Melissa enjoys bringing new ideas to life and creating custom pieces inspired by special requests. Her goal is to share work that feels joyful and meaningful, and to offer something unique with each piece.
